The Negative Part of Teaching...

Grading... during spring break... anyone want to grade nineteen more informative speeches? I would seriously pay someone to do it. I've now graded three and am ready to fall asleep... I really wish I worked at a pass/fail school! :)

You can't say my mother and sisters didn't warn you! In fact, I believe that may be the reason that two of my sisters are no longer teaching. hmmm...

Clearly, your mistake was in assuming that the school means YOU get a Spring Break. (I like to think of it as "Spring Break-my-bottom-off-and-get-my-stuff-done." A kin to "Winter Break-my-spirit-because-I-can't-just-sleep-in-and-eat-candy-canes.")
