the forge has been running for several evenings now!

This is what he was making... it's a forge tool, to rake the coal and break up the coke.
And here is an up close of the end... kind of cool, hunh?

Oh yay! I had lunch with Julie Edwards today and told her about Reid's forge, and she thought that was the greatest thing. Hurray for the forge being fired up and going!
VERY cool. My neighbor's dad is a blacksmith and has made her some of the most amazing stuff! *envious*
